Brett Peterson – otherwise known as “Service Writer of Wrongs” – is the bike building, seasonal savant of the Bistro family. Hailing from the classiest corner of Pennsyl-tucky, he’s been in the industry since 1990, opening his own shop in 1996.

After feeling the inevitable call of warmer climes some years ago, we were lucky enough to have him plod through our doors in 2021 and he’s been a fixture here ever since.

Brett specializes in custom work and is a veritable wizard at frame-welding, wheel-building and just about everything in between. If the work you want done is quick, meticulous and professional, then Brett’s your guy.
