No bike team is complete without SAG (Support And Gear) support. All any team member has to do is raise a hand, and as our retail operations specialist, Michelle Carr will roll up with the answer… from tracking work-orders to smoothing out the inventory peaks and valleys. She’s an all-around harmonizer and bistro bean counter. Job 1 is taming shop manager and husband Troy’s abundance of enthusiasm, but care and concern for a smooth cup of shop operations is a close second.

Originally from Michigan, Michelle brings healthy doses of “mid-west” nice and warm customer service. When not “herding the cats (and dog)” at The Bike Bistro, Michelle works in the real estate industry.
